CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENT WAIVER
Customer-Supplied Garment Acknowledgment and Waiver of Liability
At ink ink, we are committed to providing high-quality custom apparel services. However, when customers choose to supply their own garments for decoration (including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, or any other customization), we want to make clear the associated risks and limitations of liability.
By signing this waiver, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that when I provide my own garment(s) or item(s) to ink ink for customization, I do so at my own risk. I acknowledge that the customization process may result in damage to or destruction of the item(s), regardless of the care and expertise exercised by ink ink.
2. No Replacement Guarantee:
I understand and agree that ink ink. will not replace or reimburse me for any customer-supplied garment(s) that are damaged, altered, or otherwise rendered
unusable during the customization process. This includes sentimental, one-of-a-kind, or high-value items.
3. No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Items:
I understand that ink ink does not offer any warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome of custom work on customer-supplied garments. Results may vary due to unknown fabric content, wear, treatments, or other factors outside of our control.
4. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless ink ink, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands related to damage, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from the customization of my customer-supplied item(s).
By approving and signing the quote provided by ink ink, I certify that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver.
